Shipping policy
For U.S.A. Customers: (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
Customers located in the U.S. will only pay a flat S&H charge of $4.50 per order.
We quickly process orders in 1 to 2 business days.
Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting weekends and holidays).
Please also note:
S&H does not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt.
Our Guarantee & Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be VERY happy with our service and product. If you're not fully satisfied, please return the product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of your order date. You can exchange it for a different size/style or we can simply give you back a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling).
To return merchandise for any reason:

- We will email you the return instructions.
- Please be sure to return the unused item in its original packaging.
- We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Smudge Guard LLC is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund or exchange.
