Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your SmudgeGuard® purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The SmudgeGuard® glove must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Customers must contact us before returning an item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to provide an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the original item back. Once we receive the returned glove, we will ship the replacement size with no additional shipping and handling charge.
