Our Guarantee & Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be VERY happy with our service and product. If you're not fully satisfied, please return the product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of your order date. You can exchange it for a different size/style or we can simply give you back a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling).

To return merchandise for any reason:

  1. Please email us at info@SmudgeGuard.com
  2. We will email you the return instructions.
  3. Please be sure to return the unused item in its original packaging.
  4. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured USPS Parcel Post for shipment. Smudge Guard LLC is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.
  5. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund or exchange.

    SmudgeGuard® and SmudgeGuard®2 is a hand guard which prevents the user from getting ink or graphite smudges on his or her writing hand while writing or drawing. It is also a hand guard that prevents friction between the hand and the surface of paper and tablets. It is also a hand guard which prevents the tablet user from getting hand smudges on the tablet while writing or drawing. Please note that SmudgeGuard® and SmudgeGuard®2 do not keep "art paper" surfaces clean and free of "graphite, ink or charcoal" smudges. On the back of our packaging, where it states, "Keeps any art surface clean and free of smudges!" - please kindly note that the "surface" mentioned refers to "tablet" surfaces only. Please continue to use caution when drawing on art paper to help minimize graphite/ink/charcoal smudges. SmudgeGuard® should not feel tight nor binding, only snug and comfortable.

    We make no claims to aid in the prevention of any ailment. If you experience any discomfort while wearing SmudgeGuard®, please remove it immediately and consult your physician.
